How to Speak to a Live Person: Call 1-800-MYAPPLE and you will get an automated voice system. Say customer service, tell your problem or say customer service again, you will be placed on hold to wait for the next available customer service agent. I was told that the wait time would be 5 minutes and 5 minutes later a customer service agent was available to answer my questions.
